- For Confidence Code Journey-Ships, first treatment requires $380 paid (approx. 10 weeks)
- You can pre-pay 3+ months upfront if gifting

To keep your Journey smooth, stress-free, and full of perks, here’s everything you need to know:
Booking & Appointment Policy
Booking & Appointment Policy
- Our standard Booking Policy applies. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours incur a fee: $50 for beauty services and $150–$200 for cosmetics (depending on appointment length).
- You can reschedule online unless your appointment is within 3 days—then you’ll need to contact us.
- Journey credits are valid for 3 months.
- Discounts apply at the time of your appointment and exclude pre-packaged services and flash specials.
- For Confidence Code Journey-Ships, you must have $380 paid (10 weeks) before your first wrinkle-reduction treatment.
- All facials are fully tailored to your skin needs.
- Your Birthday Glow Up can be redeemed anytime during your birthday month.
- You may nominate either 2 household members (proof of address required) or 1 friend at the start of your Journey.
- They cannot access your credit balance, but they can share your discounts.
- Once selected, House Members cannot be changed until your 12-month renewal.
- You’ll enjoy priority appointments. Your first booking is made by phone; future appointments can be booked during your visit or over the phone, then self-managed online.
- If you miss or late-cancel an appointment, the service is forfeited.
- Minimum 3-month commitment. After this, you may cancel anytime with 4 weeks' written notice.
- If you cancel, any unused credits remain on your account for 3 months, but your member discounts will end.
- Changes to your Journey (upgrade or downgrade) require 1 month’s notice and are subject to availability.
- Members are the first to hear about model calls, new treatments, exclusive VIP discounts, and special opportunities.
- You may purchase the first 3+ months upfront and gift a Journey to someone special.
