Lauren – Director | Registered Nurse I Trainer
Lauren is the founder and director of Lilly Cosmetic Clinic, a multi award-winning aesthetics and wellness space known for its integrity, client education, and holistic care. With over 12 years of nursing experience and more than a decade working in the cosmetic industry, Lauren is widely respected for her clinical expertise, warm client rapport, and unwavering commitment to her clients.
Before establishing Lilly, Lauren worked in Aged Care and Mental Health nursing, a foundation that gave her deep compassion and insight into the emotional aspects of self-esteem and well-being. After five years as a Mental Health Nurse, she made the leap to focus full-time on her passion: empowering clients through optimal skin health and skin therapies.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Nursing through AACDS – a qualification that sets her apart with its in-depth training in advanced treatments and laser science. Her extensive hands on experience and continuous upskilling ensure she remains at the forefront of the ever evolving aesthetics field.
Known for her keen aesthetic eye, gentle approach, and honest advice, Lauren is deeply passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. She’s committed to results driven treatments that preserve your natural beauty, and to educating clients so they feel confident and in control of their choices.

Andrea is a seasoned Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in the field. She is renowned for her friendly demeanor and ability to make clients feel comfortable during their treatments. Sophia is a Registered Cosmetic Nurse who deeply values the connection between self-care and self-confidence. With a background in specialty nursing across urgent care, geriatric care, gastroenterology, and respiratory care, she brings a strong clinical foundation to her aesthetic practice. Tayleea – Advanced Beauty Therapist | Lash Artist & Trainer | Spa Therapist
Tayleea (or Tay, as we all know her) began her journey in the beauty industry at just 15 years old, diving headfirst into an intensive Lash Extension course. It was there she discovered her passion for helping people feel beautiful – and the powerful impact even a simple beauty treatment can have on someone’s confidence and self-worth.
Driven to grow her skills further, Tay completed her Diploma of Beauty Therapy at The Hair and Beauty Academy in 2021. During the final stages of her training, she joined Lilly Cosmetic Clinic for her work placement – and immediately stood out. Her talent, patience, and incredible maturity left such a strong impression that Lauren offered her a permanent position on the spot.
Since then, Tay has become an indispensable part of the Lilly team. From lash artistry to spa and skin treatments, she combines technical excellence with a warm, approachable energy that clients adore. She’s worked hard to build a loyal following and is now also stepping into her role as a Lash Trainer, helping others master the craft she loves.

Michael – Advanced Massage Therapist | Energetic Healer | Personal & Business Coach
Michael brings over 25 years of experience in Remedial, Swedish, and holistic bodywork – but his magic lies far beyond technique. Clients consistently describe his treatments as deeply calming, transformational, and like nothing they’ve ever experienced before.
With a background in group coaching and personal development, including working alongside renowned mentors like Tony Robbins, Michael has spent two decades helping people break through emotional blocks, rediscover purpose, and create lives they truly love. Better known as Tilly, Matilda is one of our vibrant and skilled Advanced Beauty Therapists here at Lilly Cosmetic Clinic. With a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and a Certificate III in Nail Technology, Tilly has built a strong foundation in all things beauty – and she hasn’t stopped there. She’s continuously upskilled through multiple advanced training courses, always staying on top of the latest in skincare science and treatment techniques.
Tilly has been a valued part of our team for over a year, and in that time, she’s become known for her bubbly personality, glowing skin knowledge, and her ability to make every client feel seen, heard, and confident. Whether she’s performing a results-driven facial or recommending a tailored skincare routine, her goal is always the same – to bring out your natural radiance and help you fall back in love with your skin.
She’s passionate about creating genuine connections and believes that true beauty starts with how you feel. Her warm, relatable nature and attention to detail make every treatment with her a feel-good experience from start to finish.
Serafina- Skin & Beauty Therapist | Makeup Artist
Serafina is one of our most nurturing and detail-oriented therapists at Lilly Cosmetic Clinic. With a calming presence and a genuine love for helping people feel their best, she brings warmth and expertise to every treatment.
She completed her Diploma in Beauty Therapy at the Hair and Beauty Academy, where her passion for skin, health and holistic beauty truly came to life. After graduating, Serafina began her work placement right here at Lilly Cosmetic Clinic and it didn’t take long for us to realize she was the perfect fit. Shortly after, she became a fully qualified member of our team and has now been with us for almost a year!
Serafina is also a talented makeup artist and loves combining beauty with creativity to help clients look and feel confident. She’s constantly upskilling and investing in further training to refine her techniques and stay on top of the latest beauty trends.

Amber - Emerging Beauty Therapist | Lash & Brow Artist
Amber is one of our rising stars at Lilly Cosmetic Clinic, currently completing her Diploma of Beauty Therapy at the Hair and Beauty Academy. Her journey with us began back in 2024 during a one-week placement while she was still in Year 12 and we’ve been cheering her on ever since!
This year, Amber returned to the clinic to complete her 270 hours of work placement as part of her Diploma studies, continuing to impress us with her dedication, professionalism, and passion for all things skin and beauty.
Amber also holds a certificate in lash and brow treatments, and she loves helping clients feel confident through enhancing their natural features. Her dream is to finish her Diploma and step into a full-time role as a qualified beauty specialist, offering a wide range of treatments across skin health, brows, lashes, and beyond.
She’s hardworking, driven, and already building beautiful client connections. We can’t wait to see where her journey takes her the future is definitely glowing
