What We Believe
Meet Our Founder - Lauren
Lilly Cosmetic & Beauty was founded by Lauren, a Senior Registered Nurse and Dermal Therapist with more than 14+ years in the industry now. She trained in both nursing and psychology, and she knows that how you feel about your skin goes deeper than the surface. That belief shapes every consultation, every plan and every client experience in our clinic.
Training & Education
We set the bar high, and we keep raising it.
Every team member trains in depth from day one, then keeps growing through ongoing in-clinic education and external courses. We even run our own training academy, Lilly Aesthetic Academy, where we teach nurses and beauty therapists across the industry.
So you’re always in hands that know exactly what they’re doing.

Sophia – Head of Nursing & Front of House | Registered Cosmetic NurseSophia leads our nursing team and deeply values the connection between self-care and self-confidence.
She brings a strong clinical foundation from specialty nursing in urgent care, geriatric care, gastroenterology and respiratory care, and that experience shows in every treatment. Clients love her gentle, supportive approach. You’ll leave her room feeling looked after, empowered and confident in your own skin.
Amber – Head of Marketing & Beauty | Advanced Beauty Therapist
Amber’s Lilly story started in 2024 with a one-week school placement, and honestly? We knew straight away she was something special.
She has grown into our Head of Marketing and is one of our most trusted voices when it comes to skincare advice. She’s currently studying towards her dermal clinician qualification and holds a certificate in lash and brow treatments. She loves helping clients feel confident by enhancing their natural features.
Driven, passionate and already building beautiful client connections. The future is definitely glowing. ✨
Dr Huma – Doctor | Cosmetic Medicine & Dentistry
We’re so excited to welcome Dr Huma to the Lilly family!
He brings 8 years of experience across cosmetic medicine and dentistry, and that combination is honestly pretty rare. Dentistry has given him a detailed understanding of facial structure, balance and proportion. He looks at how your whole face works together, which is exactly what natural-looking results are built on.
Warm, thorough and never rushed, Dr Huma makes sure you understand every option before you decide.

Jamie – Registered Cosmetic Nurse

Jamie has nursed in intensive care, neonatal intensive care and neurosurgery at Westmead Hospital, some of the most demanding areas of healthcare. She brings that same precision, calm and care into every cosmetic treatment, backed by her Graduate Diploma of Cosmetic Nursing and Injectables.
She listens properly, takes your safety seriously and wants you walking out feeling refreshed and like yourself again.
Find her in clinic Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Michael – Somatic & Energetic Practitioner | Creator of The Inner Alchemy Method™
Michael keeps the clinic running behind the scenes while also offering something truly unique: deep, restorative healing for the whole person.
He has over 25 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork, holistic practice and personal development coaching, and he has helped hundreds of clients move through stress, burnout, life transitions and emotional overwhelm. His signature framework, The Inner Alchemy Method™, is a 3-stage somatic, emotional and energetic system designed to Reset, Release and Realign.
Clients describe his sessions as clarifying, grounding and deeply restorative.
His mission is simple: to help people remember who they are, reclaim their power and realign with the life they’re meant to live.
Tayleea (Tay) – Advanced Beauty Therapist | Spa & Skin Therapist
Tay started in the beauty industry at just 15, and she discovered fast how much even a simple treatment can lift someone’s confidence.
She completed her Diploma of Beauty Therapy in 2021 and joined us for her work placement. She stood out so much that Lauren offered her a permanent role on the spot. From lash artistry to skin and spa treatments, Tay combines technical skill with a warm, bubbly energy clients adore. She’s now also training the next generation of lash artists.
Fair warning: her energy is contagious. You’ll leave her room smiling.
Chris – Receptionist & Clinic Mum
Chris is the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors, and she sets the tone for everything that follows.
She has a background in admin, cleaning services and even dog grooming, so she brings a wealth of life experience and practical know-how to the team. She also brings plenty of laughs. Whether you’re a client, rep or visitor, Chris will make you feel comfortable, cared for and truly seen.
She’s the heart of our front desk and the soul of our clinic culture. ❤️
Keily – Receptionist
Keily is one of the friendly faces welcoming you into Lilly Cosmetic & Beauty. She keeps the front desk running smoothly and makes sure every client feels comfortable, cared for and looked after from the moment they walk in.
Mia – Receptionist
Mia is the newest member of our front desk team, and she’s already making clients feel right at home. Warm, organised and always ready to help, you’ll find her at reception Wednesday to Friday.
